Here at Hi-Tech Windows & Doors we take great pride in making our customers’ home look their best. Two recently completed projects demonstrate the great range of services we offer, from minor updates to full-scale renovations.
For a customer in Lynn, Mass., we completed wrapped the home in durable James Hardie® fiber cement siding and installed new, energy efficient Sunrise® Windows. This was a particularly challenging project, as the home was large and featured multi-faceted surfaces, including three dormer windows and a “bump out” feature on the front of the house. But the result is spectacular! We are particularly proud of the creative mixing of Hardie plank siding with Hardie shingle siding on the prominent bump out. The complementary color shade selected is duplicated on the upper level of the home, for a wonderful “framing” effect.
For a homeowner in North Andover, Mass. we replaced an aging entry door with a new door that featured custom trim. Not only does the new door’s wooden finish match the Colonial style of the home, it also delivers superior thermal performance to help reduce energy loss. And the trim we created sets off the doorway beautifully, creating a welcoming entrance for the family and visitors alike.
