First, I want to extend our best wishes and hopes that everyone in the communities we serve remains safe and healthy during the current coronavirus outbreak. We urge you to follow the advisories issued by federal, state and local authorities to remain at home and limit public interaction over the next few weeks.

Of course, while you are at home you might look around to see that there are a few repairs and updates that need to be made. Which is why we at Hi-Tech Windows & Siding are remaining open and available to you – in a safe and responsible manner.

For those who would prefer not to have face to face presentation meetings, we have instituted a web-based “Virtual Appointment” process. This allows one of our design consultants to help plan your project via video chat. We can assist you in choosing styles, samples and colors of siding, roofing, replacement windows and decking materials. Then provide a “locked-in” estimate for installation at a future date.

If you would rather review your options in-person we have a new “V.I.P. Private Appointment” program available in our showroom. We are scheduling only one customer (or one couple) visit at a time, taking full precautions for sanitizing and social distancing. But you’ll be able to see everything we have to offer in one place.

We are still doing installations of windows, siding, roofing and decks. Because almost all of our work is done outside on your home’s exterior, we can have virtually zero direct interaction with you while we are on-site. Plus, many of our projects can be completed in just one day. Our installations teams also follow full sanitary precautions while on the job.

We look forward to a day when we can all return to a more regular schedule. In the meantime, there is no need to postpone a needed repair or delay scheduling a project. By taking extra precautions and using the technology available we can help you make your home a more comfortable place to live and work.
